- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date of despatch.
- No refunds are accepted.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings once the packaging has been opened. This is for hygienic purposes. We cannot accept items that have been worn, engraved, personalised or altered.
- Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we are happy to replace or fix the faulty product, free of charge.
